  38. configure the ATM Bank to run exactly how they wish it   c7│

  42. The total number of minutes that a user needs to Deposit c7│
  43. in order to OPEN a Time Account.                         c7│

  47. The total number of minutes that can be withdrawn from   c7│
  48. the ATM Bank by a user each DAY. The minutes a user has  c7│

  52. The total number of minutes that can be withdrawn from   c7│
  53. the ATM Bank by a user each CALL. This value can NOT     c7│
  54. exceed the value of the "PER DAY" variable above. The    c7│
  55. minutes withdrawn are stored in the D/[C] Min variable.  c7│

  57. cer1 MAXIMUM TIME BALANCE r0                                   c7│
  58. This is the total number of minutes that a user can      c7│
  59. have deposited in the Bank at any given time. They       c7│
  60. will not be allowed to Deposit more than this amount.    c7│

  62. This is the balance that is used to calculate a user's   c7│
  63. interest. If their balance is equal to or greater than   c7│
  64. this value, then they are rewarded the Interest Dues     c7│
  65. for each day this occurs, but if their balance drops     c7│
  66. below this value, then their balance is penalized the    c7│
  67. Finance Charge specified each day. The user's interest   c7│
  68. is given(or taken) in full at the end of each month.     c7│

  70. cer1 INTEREST DUES r0                                          c7│
  71. The number of minutes to reward a user whenever their    c7│
  72. balance meets or exceeds the Interest Balance.           c7│
  73. NOTE, however, that a users Balance can never exceed     c7│
  74. the specified MAX BALANCE value for each account.        c7│

  77. The number of minutes to deduct from a user whenever     c7│
  78. their balance drops below the Interest Balance.          c7│
  79. NOTE, however, that a user's Balance can never drop      c7│
  80. below 1 minute, so as not to CLOSE their Account.        c7│
  81. Only the USER can CLOSE their account, but recall        c7│
  82. that the SysOp has this power when using the Edit        c7│
  83. an Account feature through maintenance.                  c7│

  86. Temporarily Closes the Bank to all users, except those   c7│
  87. with set MAINTENANCE ACCESS, as described on Page 7.     c7│

  92. Although this program creates PIN Numbers for use in the c7│
  93. different filenames needed, you can choose to allow your c7│
  94. users to use the Bank WITHOUT having to enter their PIN  c7│
  95. number all the time. With v2.0, you can change this one  c7│
  96. whenever you wish. When a user enters a bad PIN, they    c7│
  97. will be asked if they wish to Verify their PIN Number by c7│
  98. typing the letter "V". If they do, they'll need to type  c7│
  99. their BBS PASSWORD(The one they use to LOGON to your     c7│
  100. BBS.) If the PASSWORD is entered correctly, then the ATM c7│
  101. will display to the user their correct PIN Number, but   c7│
  102. if they enter the wrong PASSWORD, they will be kicked    c7│
  103. out of the ATM Bank as an Attempted Burglar, although    c7│
  104. they can re-enter the bank and try again.                c7│

  107. This tells the program who you want to give the power to c7│
  108. use this file to. Currently, you have three choices:     c7│

  111. Only the user with BBS ID Number One(1) is given access. c7│
